Implementation/Onboarding Lead (Automotive Vertical), Uber for Business
About the Role
We're looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Automotive team! As an Implementation/Onboarding Lead, you'll work closely with dealerships to ensure the success of their launches and integrations. Your goal will be to set dealerships up for maximum adoption, usage, and long-term growth on the platform. You'll collaborate with our automotive sales teams to drive revenue growth, deliver operational excellence, and provide a best-in-class experience for our automotive partners.
This is a hybrid role based in our office spaces, with in-person collaboration on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with automotive customers, including dealerships and automotive groups, and partner with internal teams to understand client needs and goals. Use this insight to establish mutually beneficial objectives and influence adoption.
- Develop and execute a strategy for seamless launches and implementations, ensuring strong employee adoption and usage. Continue oversight for 2-4 months post-launch, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines and project plans to keep implementations on track.
- Ensure dealerships are properly trained. This may include creating video or written collateral, hosting office hours, facilitating live training sessions, and occasionally supporting in-person onboarding (with some travel required).
- Complete tactical and technical account setup and ensure accurate submission of Monthly Billing Applications to finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer support, etc.) to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and strong client outcomes. Think creatively about how to solve challenges and prevent future issues.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong prioritization skills - able to manage your time effectively, prioritizing high-value clients, while working with multiple customers to deliver on goals and improve processes.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication, and strong group facilitation skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance your attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and seamlessly.
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude. Be agile and thrive when operating in new spaces and fast-paced environments.
- The drive to contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate by always sharing strategies with your peers.
