Working under the Head of Implementation for Uber Health, The Implementation Program Manager for Uber Health ensures that our clients flawlessly get off the ground. They create alignment across internal and external functional teams and fully understand the levers that drive key performance metrics. They are expected to understand their client's business models to create operational efficiency and ensure the shortest time from sale to high quality execution. This person will be responsible for running client implementations for our most high touch client base. This person will work with the Account Executive, Account Management, and Product Teams to ensure successful launches for our accounts.

What You'll Do
- Maximize quality of experience for our customers, while minimizing time from sale to launch
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiencies for our account and set up our Account Managers to continue the account growth
- Build a project plan that shares our best practices in the context of our customer's very specific operational flow
- Quarterback the implementation, working with external & internal stakeholders to optimize for customer experience and Uber opportunity
- Derive qualitative and quantitative insights, leveraging direct customer stories, feedback and data trends
- Make informed recommendations to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support on how to improve the customer experience across different types of accounts
- Seek to achieve operational excellence by iterating and improving on playbooks, internal tools and resources, and cross-functional & internal processes
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant B2B experience in client success/implementation, project management, or a similar client-facing function
- Deep experience in healthcare and technology, specifically with managed care organizations, accountable care organizations, or complex health systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Payer and/or provider healthcare experience
- PMP or similar certifications desired
- Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$110,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,000 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,000 per year.
