Health Systems Enterprise Sales Manager, Uber Health

About the Role

Uber Health is seeking a Health Systems Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our efforts in expanding partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and provider networks. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building executive-level relationships, and developing strategic solutions that align with client needs. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in healthcare sales leadership, with the ability to manage complex deals and coach a high-performing team.

This is a hybrid role based in our office spaces, with in-person collaboration on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop both New Business and Growth Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive the acquisition of new Master Service Agreements (MSAs) while expanding partnerships within existing health systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Implementation, Contract Managers, Legal, and Sales Operations to ensure seamless deal execution and client success.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across hospital and health system accounts to uncover opportunities and drive long-term growth.
  • Provide strategic sales leadership by analyzing pipeline, forecasting accurately, and aligning team efforts with organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven track record coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a quota-carrying role, both as an individual contributor and as a people manager
  • Experience completing RFPs, & Vendor Registration processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive healthcare sales experience, including success securing MSAs and managing complex health system and/or government partnerships.
  • Experience condensing a health system sales cycle from years to months
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, contracting, implementation, and sales operations to execute on strategic deals.
  • Exceptional executive presence and consultative selling skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders within hospitals and health systems.
  • Team leadership and coaching expertise, with success managing both new business hunters and growth-focused account executives.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$150,000 per year - USD$167,500 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year.
