About the Role
The Head of Transformation is a key leadership role within the LatAm CommOps Organization, responsible for enabling and accelerating the region's tech transformation in customer experience. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation of global technology programs by localizing and operationalizing them through standardized methodologies across lines of business, while leveraging a data-driven approach to identify, size, and address opportunities.
As a champion of change, this leader will spearhead efforts related to GenAI deployment, insights generation, cross-functional alignment, and change management across regional and global stakeholders. This position demands an exceptional ability to translate complex strategic initiatives into scalable, measurable impact across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, experience with large-scale tech deployments, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. They will be comfortable navigating complex environments, bringing structure to ambiguity, and driving alignment across tech, product, and operations teams.
What you'll do:
- Enable the execution of LatAm's transformation roadmap in customer experience, ensuring alignment with global programs and tailoring initiatives for regional needs.
- Champion the deployment and adoption of GenAI and automation technologies across CommOps, identifying practical use cases, sizing potential impact, and overseeing execution.
- Develop and institutionalize scalable frameworks and methodologies to assess transformation opportunities across LoBs and markets.
- Serve as a thought partner and advisor to senior regional and global leaders, bringing data and insights to support prioritization and strategic decision-making.
- Drive change management efforts across LatAm by ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and capability building for new ways of working.
- Own and evolve the governance model for transformation programs in the region, ensuring alignment with central teams and minimizing duplication or misalignment of efforts.
- Present insights, recommendations, and program progress in regional and global forums, driving transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
- Act as a connector between LatAm and global teams, advocating for LatAm's priorities while ensuring local execution aligns with global standards.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in technology, consulting, strategy, or transformation roles with a strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business impact.
- Exposure to tech transformation programs, ideally involving digital platforms, AI, or GenAI implementation at scale.
- Proven success in leading change within large organizations-navigating ambiguity, managing resistance, and aligning diverse stakeholders toward a common goal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to size opportunities, inform decisions, and track impact.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas in a clear and compelling way to senior audiences, both regional and global.
- A strategic thinker who also thrives in execution, bringing a structured approach to ambiguous challenges while driving outcomes with urgency.
- Experience working in matrixed environments, ideally with exposure to both global and regional teams.
Bonus points if:
- Portuguese proficiency, if the candidate is based in Mexico.
