Head of Sales Operations - Enterprise & Global Accounts

This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible offices Tuesday through Thursday.

About the Role

We are looking for a senior Sales Operations leader to partner with the Heads of Global Accounts and Enterprise in the US and Canada. This role is central to how we scale our business with some of our most strategic customers and drive sustainable growth.

As Head of Sales Operations, you will be a trusted partner to senior sales executives who manage large books of business. You will shape forecasting and pipeline management, lead commercial reviews, and design scalable processes and tools that enable teams to execute with precision. You will also play a key role in executive forums, bringing clarity through data and helping leadership make decisions with confidence.

This is a high-visibility leadership role at the intersection of sales, strategy, and operations. You will work directly with senior executives, shape the way we engage with our most important customers, and build the foundation for growth in Global and Enterprise accounts. Your success will be measured by how well you bring predictability to the business, deliver insights that shape executive decisions, and build ways of working that unlock growth across Global and Enterprise accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the operating rhythm for Global and Enterprise sales, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner closely with senior sales leaders to align on business goals, provide insights, and support their engagement with top accounts.
  • Bring data-driven clarity to executive forums, influencing decisions on strategy, investments, and growth priorities.
  • Build forecast models and performance metrics that improve accuracy and resource allocation.
  • Refine segmentation, territory design, and go-to-market strategies in partnership with leadership.
  • Define business requirements for process and tooling improvements that streamline how sellers work.
  • Analyze sales performance and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Finance, Strategy and Planning, HR, and Deal Desk.
  • Lead high-impact projects that extend beyond your immediate segment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years in a Sales Operations function supporting a complex enterprise sales GTM model
  • 5+ years supporting a Global Accounts Sales Operations function with commercial members located worldwide
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong background in forecasting, quota setting, compensation, segmentation, and GTM strategy
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM, Excel or Google Sheets, and presentation tools
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Ops or Rev Ops, ideally in enterprise or global segments
  • Experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager in a B2B sales environment
  • Background in a high-growth B2B technology company
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, economics, or a quantitative field
  • Proven ability to engage with and influence senior executives and sales leaders
  • Track record of building and scaling sales processes that drive measurable results
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives to executive stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and lead through ambiguity

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year.

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year.

For Miami, FL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year.

For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year.
