About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic business leader to lead the global Rider Product Portfolio for Uber for Business (U4B). This includes designing and building our B2B rides portfolio including products such as Business Comfort, Black, and Platinum, as well as exploring future products like Commute and high-frequency mobility solutions for business travelers.
This is a global role, will manage a team based in the US, and will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving business performance, and scaling product adoption across key global regions. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Mobility Operations, Pricing, Marketing, and regional portfolio leads to ensure our rides products meet the evolving needs of business riders and deliver strong commercial results.

What You'll Do
- Drive the global strategy and roadmap for U4B's rides-based products, including early-stage pilots, growth bets, and scaled offerings
- Lead the design and positioning of each product, ensuring clear definition of target segments, use cases, pricing structure, core experience, and go-to-market approach
- Drive and be accountable to performance across the portfolio, including gross bookings, adoption rates, and experience
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Ops, Pricing/Marketplace, Product, and BD to ensure GTM success and long-term product-market fit
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals, driving execution, and fostering global collaboration
- Partner with regional leads to guide local rollout and scaling, and ensure alignment on shared priorities
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or portfolio management
- Demonstrated experience leading global initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Proven people management experience with strong team development skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking with a track record of delivering results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience in B2B, mobility, or marketplace businesses
- Prior accountability of product / product portfolios
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year.
