Head of Mid Market Accounts, Uber Eats, UK
About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership role within Uber Eats UKI's Enterprise team, which manages some of the country's most recognisable restaurant brands - from national staples like Pret and KFC to rapidly growing favourites such as Dave's Hot Chicken, Ole & Steen, and Poke Shack.
As Head of Mid-Market Accounts, you'll lead a high-performing team of Account Managers, own C-suite relationships with our Restaurant Partners, and drive commercial excellence across Uber Eats' fast-growing mid-market segment. You'll act as a trusted thought partner, advocating for restaurant success while delivering meaningful growth for Uber.
This role calls for strong management experience, deep commercial acumen, and a structured yet creative approach to problem-solving. You'll thrive in ambiguity, inspire your team, and be passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for both Restaurant Partners and eaters.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 8+ high-performing Account Managers.
- Coach and mentor team members to grow their careers and maximise their impact.
- Audit performance through structured weekly and monthly business reviews.
Partner Management & Growth
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder and C-suite relationships across your restaurant portfolio.
- Facilitate Joint Business Planning and Quarterly Business Review cycles with partners.
- Support the team in leading strategic and commercial negotiations.
- Act as the primary escalation point for Account Managers and Restaurant Partners.
Commercial Ownership & Strategy
- Own the team's P&L, OKRs, and commercial performance targets.
- Make data-driven decisions on pricing, investment, and contract structures.
- Identify and execute innovative ways to enhance restaurant operations, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Product to deliver tailored solutions for Restaurants.
- Advocate for merchant needs within Uber, sharing insights, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.
What You Will Need
- Experience managing and motivating a high-performing team.
- Proven track record in customer- or partner-facing roles, engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep commercial experience in account management, business development, or P&L ownership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Creative thinker who thrives on ambiguity and takes initiative to drive impact.
