This high-impact role sits at the intersection of user experience, operational rigor, and regulatory execution-shaping how hundreds of thousands of drivers engage with our platform.

You will lead a large, cross-functional team responsible for strengthening driver trust and loyalty, delivering scalable compliance solutions, and positioning Uber as the most reliable and rewarding platform for flexible work in Mexico.

What You'll Do

Driver Experience & Earnings

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end driver experience strategy across trust, transparency, and daily engagement
  • Lead the design and rollout of persona-based earning frameworks that enhance value perception and reduce fare discrepancies
  • Influence regional and global product and marketplace roadmaps to improve satisfaction, quality, and safety perception
  • Represent the earner's voice across product, support, legal, marketing, and leadership forums.

Compliance Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the design and implementation of Mexico's Future of Work regulation-managing earnings-based deductions, deactivations, and vendor compliance
  • Ensure regulatory alignment through efficient, tech-enabled systems that scale to hundreds of thousands of earners
  • Act as the operational lead for compliance readiness and regulatory change management
  • Partner closely with Legal, Tax, Policy, and Finance to drive forward-looking compliance strategy.

Team Leadership & Regional Influence

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team-driving ownership, autonomy, and execution excellence
  • Scale operational knowledge and compliance best practices across the organization
  • Influence global tech and marketplace strategies to ensure Mexico's earners are prioritized at scale.

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, compliance, or program management, ideally in fast-paced, regulated environments.
  • Proven success building scalable systems and processes that balance experience, efficiency, and legal rigor
  • Experience executing programs with legal, financial, or product complexity and accountability
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical depth, and the ability to translate insights into business and policy impact
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior stakeholders
  • A solutions-oriented, adaptable mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
