About the Role

As an Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving post-sales activities for our Small-to-Mid Sized Business (SMB) partners in the Grocery & Retail sector in Chile. Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing scalable methods to support our merchant partners in driving business growth. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, commercial expertise, and problem-solving abilities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both our partners and Grocery & Retail.

What you'll do

  • Deep Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the active selection of Small-to-Mid Sized Businesses (SMBs) in Grocery & Retail.
  • Analytical Insights: Analyze partner performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, focusing on operational, visibility, and financial KPIs.
  • Tailored Strategies: Define and implement tailored strategies for different cohorts within the SMB segment based on their unique characteristics and needs.
  • Scalable Solutions: Develop scalable solutions to enhance our merchants' retention and performance within Grocery & Retail.

What you'll need

  • Scalable Solutions Development: Ability to develop and enhance scalable methods to support our merchant partners in driving business growth, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies.
  • Analytical Insights: Proficiency in analyzing data to gain insights into partner performance and identify areas for improvement, using these insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Commercial Expertise: Utilize commercial expertise to communicate effectively with our partners in a scalable manner. We would like you to have 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify challenges faced by partners and develop creative solutions to address them, ensuring partner success and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations, to ensure alignment on partner needs and deliverables.
