As a Program Specialist IV, you will serve as a strategic driver for global Payments Operations-aligning people, process, and data to achieve unified performance and measurable impact. You'll develop frameworks that monitor global site performance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the resiliency of Payments support operations. You'll also embed mechanisms for data-driven accountability, ensuring operational health, program consistency, and customer satisfaction across the entire Payments support network.

This role requires a blend of operational precision, analytical curiosity, and stakeholder influence. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, navigates complexity with confidence, and can translate data insights into scalable process improvements that strengthen Uber's Payments ecosystem.

1. Minimum 2-year of Operations experience
2. Proven success managing cross-functional projects that improved process efficiency, quality, or customer outcomes
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting operational data and visualizing insights for decision-making
4. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments that require strategic agility and tactical precision
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
6. Experience with SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.

1. Familiarity with cost modeling, site reliability management, and operational footprint analysis
2. Background in data analytics or operations intelligence-comfortable interpreting complex datasets to guide program strategy
3. Deep understanding of program governance, change management, and continuous improvement frameworks
4. 1-year of Payments experience
5. Background in program management, operations, or process improvement within financial services or tech environments.
