Global Delivery Sr Strategy & Planning Associate

About the Role

Join a high-impact global team at the center of one of Uber's most dynamic and strategic businesses. In this role, you'll drive global performance reporting, KPI tracking, and business reviews-providing critical visibility to senior leadership, including the Head of Global Delivery. You'll work cross-functionally to uncover insights, build performance frameworks, and ensure we have a clear view of what's working-and what's not-across the Delivery business.

What You'll Do

  • Build, maintain, and advance the global Delivery business intelligence and performance reporting stack
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define, track, and evolve key business metrics and KPI frameworks
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility to senior leadership and inform decision-making
  • Analyze complex data to surface insights, trends, and opportunities across markets, products, and segments
  • Support recurring business reviews (e.g., MBRs, QBRs) and help shape the performance narrative for the Delivery org

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience analyzing large, complex datasets
  • Strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence decision-making at senior levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and a strong interest in building AI-first solutions into workflows

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
