About the Role
At the Greenlight Expert team, our mission is to deliver a best-in-class support experience for our most important customers - Uber driver-partners. We help new drivers get started, support them throughout their journey, and create a space for building community. You'll play a key role in empowering drivers' success and driving improvements that truly make an impact.
What You Will Do
- Deliver in-person 5-star support to Uber driver-partners.
- Guide new drivers through the onboarding process and host information sessions.
- Troubleshoot issues drivers encounter, like delayed payments or app problems.

- Proficiency in Polish, Ukrainian and English is required!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service or support in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and work independently.
- Previous experience delivering in-person support in retail or field environments.
- Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions to improve processes.
- Strong understanding of how customer feedback drives change.
- Energy and enthusiasm for building relationships and strengthening team spirit.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
