About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and travel flexible Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our Uber Eats team in Berlin. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in expanding our restaurant network across the country. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from identifying potential leads to successfully integrating new restaurant partners.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Conducting field sales activities in the northeastern region to acquire new restaurant partners - including in-person visits, phone, and email outreach.
- Execute sales campaigns designed by Territory Managers to expand Uber Eats' presence across Germany.
- Negotiate partnerships and close deals with top-tier restaurants.
- Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process and ensure a successful start.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales Operations and Marketing, to achieve shared goals and maximize results.
- Analyze market trends and feedback to improve strategies and operations.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Some experience in outbound sales and familiarity with digital (CRM) tools.
- Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude when working with potential partners.
- Proficient in German and English; additional industry relevant languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry is desirable.
