About the Role
As we are scaling our Grocery and Retail business and the Enterprise Ops will be part of the commercial team managing our strategic grocery partnerships (Carrefour, Franprix, Monoprix, etc.)
You'll be responsible for developing data-driven insights, crafting strategies and processes and scaling the most impactful and innovative business initiatives to improve our partners' performance on the marketplace.
What You Will Do
As an Enterprise Operations Manager, you will support the growth of our partners by translating our global vision into a merchant-specific strategy and plan focusing on operational excellence and growth initiatives.
- Data analysis: design, implement and automate processes to run and optimize the business performance and reliability. You will autonomously create your own analyses and dashboards to measure your projects' success.
- Process & Tool Creation: support Account Managers by designing the tools allowing them to enhance our relationship with headquarters and franchisee stores.
- Stakeholder and project management: this is a cross-functional role where you will navigate partner needs, Account Manager requirements and Central Ops team processes to find the right solution and ensure the efficiency of your projects.

What You Will Need
- 2 to 3 years experience in Startup, Strategy Consulting, Operations Management or other relevant experience.
- Analytical & critical thinking, experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Business acumen, ability to seize and prioritize opportunities based on feasibility and potential.
- Ability to deliver flawless outputs.
- Self starter, highly autonomous - able to work with minimal oversight
- Ability to take initiatives and easily adapt to a constantly-changing work environment.
- Strong Excel skills (experience with SQL a plus)
- Proficiency in English and French.
- A process specialist with a consistent track record of leading initiatives and projects at your organization that drive positive impact for your business.
