About the Role
As the Earner Quality and Products Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring platform reliability and delivering an exceptional experience for our Delivery customers and earners. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing strategies to enhance earner quality, helping the marketplace perform at its best.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Central and Territory Operations, Product, Legal, and Support-to identify trends, launch improvement initiatives, and track results using key Quality KPIs (such as Completion, Defects, and Fulfillment). Your leadership will be essential in driving operational excellence and creating a seamless user experience across the platform.

What You'll Do
- Lead a high-performing team: Manage and mentor the Earner Quality and Product team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Monitor quality trends: Leverage data analytics to detect reliability issues and uncover root causes behind KPI deviations.
- Design impactful strategies: Build and implement comprehensive plans to improve earner quality and marketplace reliability.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Operations, Product, Legal, and Support to advocate for regional needs and optimize delivery performance.
- Share insights with leadership: Regularly report on quality trends and the impact of both strategic and tactical initiatives to senior leadership.
What You'll Need
- A minimun of 5 years of experience solving complex analytical problems-preferably in technology, business consulting, product management or related fields.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to generate insights and guide decision-making.
- Analytical tools; SQL or Python intermediate/advance experience is a must.
- Proven problem-solving ability, with a focus on data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
