About the Role
At Uber, we're reimagining the way the world moves-and that means building an operational engine that's efficient, data-driven, and people-focused. We are looking for an Earner & Marketplace Operations Coordinator to join our Delivery team in the Andean & Caribbean Region of LATAM, one of the most dynamic and fast-growing areas in the business.
In this role, you'll drive key operational improvements to ensure marketplace health and balance. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Earners (couriers), Eaters, and Merchants enjoy a seamless, reliable experience-while helping our business grow sustainably across Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico.

What You'll Do
- Analyze marketplace data: Monitor key metrics, identify operational gaps, and provide insights to support real-time decision-making.
- Improve and scale processes: Collaborate across Ops, Regional, and Product teams to design and enhance systems that drive performance, economic efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive business growth: Lead and support strategic initiatives that unlock long-term impact in your markets. You'll contribute to the development and implementation of projects that improve the delivery experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with teams across the business to identify opportunities, test ideas, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
- Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English
- 2+ years of experience in business consulting, investment banking, operations, or a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical thinking and data literacy-comfortable navigating spreadsheets, reports, experiments, and dashboards
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, with the ability to learn and adopt new tools quickly
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious mindset-excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python is a strong plus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in diverse markets
- A passion for improving the day-to-day experiences of customers and partners
