About the Role
As a Driver Ops Analytics Coordinator in Milan, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of Uber's driver and fleet operations across Italy. You'll use data, tools, and cross-functional collaboration to track performance, drive compliance, optimize payments and budgets, and deliver process improvements at scale. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, finance, and product, offering exposure to multiple areas of Uber's business while having a direct impact on driver experience, quality, and sustainability initiatives.

- Track, analyze, and forecast driver and fleet performance metrics to guide planning and decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee payments, budgets, and compliance, ensuring accuracy, risk management, and adherence to quality standards.
- Optimize processes and support product/tool launches, while leading sustainability and innovation initiatives locally.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or program/project management.
- Experience in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; ability to manipulate large datasets.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in mobility, logistics, or transportation industries.
- Familiarity with incentive design, financial reconciliation, or budget management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Comfort with ambiguity, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Python or R for forecasting and advanced analytics.
- Interest in sustainability and compliance initiatives.
