Customer Escalation Support Senior Specialist

About the Role

As a Fleet & Driver Support Specialist, you will be the main POC for our taxi fleets and drivers. Through the use of the communication skills, applying the accumulated product knowledge and partner specificities, accessing the database, contacting the appropriate internal stakeholders for information, you will be solving the questions and issues our partners and drivers have in a timely manner. You will be the frontline person to implement and execute the Mobility supply strategy to grow and retain taxi fleets partnerships.

Your Impact In Role

  • Hands-on daily account management
  • Sales activities to increase new partner acquisitions, and increasing partner/driver engagement
  • Provide training programs to external partners
  • Lead projects in partner training, engagement and product roll out

The Experience You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within customer service support or account management in Japanese industries
  • Sales and partnerships experience dealing with traditional Japanese industries preferably in mobility companies
  • Proven ability and experience in training partners how to use new product and features with strong presentation skills
  • Experience working with the local and regional cross-functional teams using both Japanese and English
  • Fluent-level Japanese and basic to intermediate level English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid record of setting high sales goals and hitting the target
  • Experience in owning and leading projects
