About the Role
Uber Scaled Solutions is one of Uber's biggest bets with the ambition to build one of the world's largest data foundries for AI applications and evolve into a platform of choice for a variety of online tasks. CRM is one of the core functions within Uber Scaled Solutions with the responsibility to engage IC gig workers who would perform diverse 'Human in the loop' tasks for AI B2B clients.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CRM Specialist to drive customer engagement and foster strong relationships for the Uber Scaled Solution program. This role will be pivotal in leveraging our CRM system to optimize customer communication, personalize experiences, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies leveraging our CRM platform. Design and implement targeted customer communication campaigns across various channels (email, in-app, etc.).
- Create compelling and relevant content (e.g., email templates, knowledge base articles, social media snippets) to enhance customer interactions.
- Segment customer data to personalize communication and deliver relevant messaging. Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey. Maintain and optimize the CRM database for accuracy and efficiency.
What the Candidate Will Need
- 2+ years of experience in CRM & customer engagement related roles. Experience working in a Fast Paced, Ambiguous work environment.
- Proven experience in a CRM-focused role. Strong understanding of customer engagement principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in content creation for various digital channels.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
