About the Role
- Develop overall supply channels; optimize driver acquisition and conversion, both operationally and in terms of spend efficiency. Constantly look out for new opportunities and move fast to execute on them
- Explore opportunities to grow the rider base by offering insights to central teams or executing on locally focused initiatives
- Configure products and processes to the Czech Republic and Slovak markets context in coordination with Central Operations
- Be the P&L owner for the market
- Partner with other operations teams, as well as marketing, product, public affairs and legal, to ensure that insights inform broader initiatives in our Central & Eastern Europe region
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Run driver (re-)engagement projects with your team of Operations Specialists and in close collaboration with Community Operations
- Explore and run a number of projects aimed at improving driver earnings
- Run and develop local partnerships (incl but not limited to the cooperation with Prague airport)
- Maintain performance dashboards, tracking your and your team's KPIs, model out opportunities and present findings to support decision-making by leadership
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience preferably in operations, consulting/banking, startup and advanced project management.
- Solid executional ability - You are able to plan and deliver new initiatives and have a track record of delivering projects on spec and on time
- Data-driven approach to making decisions and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to build relationships, work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to supervise a team of operations specialists.
- Desire and perseverance to solve problems.
- High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot quickly from long-term thinking to immediate action.
- Fluency in English and Czech
