About the Role

As the Consumer Operations Lead, you'll bring our high-level LatAm consumer strategy to life in the CASA region. You'll turn strategic goals into clear operational plans-driving day-to-day execution while building the systems and infrastructure that support sustainable, long-term growth.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team: Manage, mentor, and empower a team of six individual contributors to deliver impactful results.
  • Turn insights into action: Analyze data, experiments, and performance trends to identify opportunities, uncover drivers, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner for results: Collaborate with local teams, sub-regional leaders, and cross-functional partners to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure progress toward key growth metrics.
  • Own the CASA experimentation roadmap: Design, prioritize, and evaluate experiments that drive measurable impact-and scale successful playbooks across markets.
