About the Role
As a Consumer Growth Operations Manager in ACAC (Andean, Caribbean, and Central America), you will play a key role in bringing the Latam consumer strategy to life through excellent execution. You'll run the day-to-day operations, conduct analyses that uncover growth opportunities, and help build the processes and mechanisms that enable consistent, high-quality delivery across the sub-region.This is a highly analytical and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing complex operational workflows, and driving impact through structured execution.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Design and execute growth initiatives to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement across ACAC markets.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities that inform decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize and track strategic plans, ensuring flawless execution.
- Manage and optimize promotional budgets, ensuring initiatives are efficient and aligned with business priorities.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations, supporting senior stakeholders in driving continuous improvement.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to track performance, communicate insights, and guide strategy discussions.
- Contribute to experimentation and testing, supporting localized initiatives to improve conversion, retention, and engagement rates.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ year of experience in consulting, investment banking, or another high-growth environment.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; comfortable making data-driven decisions in complex situations.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and regional nuances.
Bonus Points
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
