Consumer Growth - Grocery & Retail (Uber Eats - EMEA)

About the Role

As part of the Grocery & Retail EMEA Central Operations team, you will own consumer-facing operations across EMEA markets, ensuring a seamless, positive ordering experience. You'll collaborate closely with the Global Growth Consumer Pod, local EMEA market teams, and Consumer Product Operations.

To succeed, you must deeply understand the customer acquisition funnel and be skilled at executing, analyzing, and optimizing multi-channel operations and strategies that drive growth.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives: Optimize and scale business processes, manage promotional budgets, and run initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
• Reporting & Analytics: Dive into analysis by building own reports and dashboards, conducting deep dives on key data points, and generating insights to guide business decisions.
• Consumer Growth Management & Cross-Functional Execution: Own consumer growth initiatives across markets, leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

• 3+ years of professional work experience in a related field (business operations, tech, analytics, consulting, banking, etc.)
• Analytical Mindset: Experience working with complex datasets using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (or equivalent tools) to derive insights, validate real-world observations, and synthesize recommendations
• Problem Solving: Ability to break down ambiguous problems by applying structure and using data-driven insights to solve them
• Detail orientation: You have high standards for everything you do, and dig into the details to assure that your output consistently goes above and beyond
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, plan and prioritize work streams across multiple projects and complete tasks with a high attention to detail

• Background on investment banking or consulting is a plus
