About the Role
At Uber, providing amazing support that establishes trust for riders, eaters, couriers, and driver-partners-our community-is a core feature of our product experience. The Global Insights Team is committed to building an efficient process that provides our community with a seamless, prompt, and complete resolution to their concerns - every time.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate about running global insights and will be able to lead and drive insights across the globe for mobility and delivery. The team is dedicated to provide world-class support to stakeholders to positively impact consumers, earners and merchants.
This will be a managerial role with a focus on solving problems through data and leading teams to deliver stellar outcomes and continuous process improvement. The applicant should have very strong multi-tasking abilities while being able to understand the long-term vision and goals of the global programs team. Your Impact in Role
- Lead Operational performance on the ground while maintaining connection and engagement with cross functional teams.
- Be responsible for the creation of long-term strategies for achieving goals and delivering exceptional Stakeholder support
- Perform analysis on historical performance in areas such as efficiency, CSAT and Quality to ensure emerging trends are captured
- Standardize operations across multiple regional teams
- Collaborate with Program Managers to prioritize sprints based on impact
- Engage strategically with stakeholders to improve internal processes and the overall user experience
The Experience You'll Bring
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Graduation Is a must
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
- At least 5 years of experience in People management
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Problem Solving
- Experience of managing Stakeholders
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
- Post Graduation
- PMP or Green Belt Certification desirable
- Program Management
- Experience of managing teams in Risk and Fraud support operations will be handy
