At the core of this transformation is our Product Catalog. As Catalog Quality & AI Integration Manager, you will drive next-level innovation across our global catalog operations. You'll lead high-priority catalog migrations, embed LLM powered solutions into our operational pipelines, and proactively design workflows to elevate catalog quality through analytics and automation. You'll work at the intersection of tech, data science, and operations owning a key strategic role to enhance data quality, reduce errors, and scale smarter tools across countries.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end catalog migrations from acquired grocery & retail businesses, ensuring quality and operational consistency.
  • Design and implement automated catalog quality systems using business rules, SQL logic, and real-time data feedback to detect and prevent catalog errors.
  • Drive continuous improvement in catalog quality through a proactive analytical workflow, leveraging dashboards, metrics tracking, and performance loops.
  • Define and execute LLM-based catalog use cases (e.g., pack size detection, attribute inference, image validation) in partnership with data science teams.
  • Coordinate ChatGPT prompt testing cycles, agent-based evaluations, and rollout plans for scalable adoption of AI tools.
  • Prioritize manual and automated content corrections based on data-driven insights and business urgency.
  • Act as a central liaison between local ops, global strategy, engineering, and product teams to ensure AI integration aligns with real-world catalog needs.
  • Document processes, tools, and results to support global enablement and best-practice adoption.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience of professional work experience in a related field (operations, strategy, analytics, tech)
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills, with strong experience building analytical workflows and dashboards.
  • Proven experience leading strategic projects involving tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to navigate both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to manage complexity.
  • Ability to balance multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and operate autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms for attribute detection or content enhancement.
  • Knowledge of product taxonomy structures, attribute normalization, and data governance in grocery or retail.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
