B2B CRM Audience Manager

About the Role

U4B is growing rapidly and has ambitious goals to double the business by 2026. CRM is a key contributor to U4B's growth targets and we are looking to add an Audience Targeting Manager to help support our global CRM marketing managers and deployment team in building and launching new CRM campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Execute audience targeting logic (list pulls) for campaigns supporting acquisition and customer programs using SQL on Hive, Presto).
  • Author and maintain logic for audience targeting attributes and automated list pulls in various languages such as SQL, Hive QL and Spark.
  • Own and maintain a single source of truth for all customer data available to be used for marketing campaigns.
  • Use of in-house tools to automate list pulls and other processes.
  • Evaluate and prioritize project requests and enhance intake processes.
  • Improve campaign KPIs by collaborating on and applying targeting optimization techniques and AB test setup.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, analytics, and data science teams to continuously improve our understanding of customer data.
  • Design system-first processes to scale targeting resources, including defining and leading implementation of enhancements to our internal targeting tools.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience targeting audiences for marketing use cases, both ad-hoc and automated; including data integration with CRM or other marketing automation platforms; AND
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with machine learning modeling
  • Experience with Basic command of Unix commands / shell scripting
  • Fluency and experience with Hive QL, Presto, Spark and Python

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
