About the role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic legal operations team. This is a great opportunity to apply your project management skills to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our global legal department. You help support key initiatives, from implementing new legal technologies to optimizing our existing technology, processes, and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support legal operations projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with legal professionals, CLO Operations team members, and partner teams to identify and implement technology and process improvements.
  • Track and analyze project performance, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status updates, and risk assessments.
  • Identify and raise potential roadblocks and develop strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new legal technologies and workflows across the legal department.
  • Support coordination and facilitation of team meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role.
  • Experience in legal operations, legal technology, or a legal environment is a plus, but not required.
