About the Role

As Central FieldOps Associate Program Manager, you will manage and support the continuous improvement and operational projects' portfolio for FieldOps LatAm, ensuring that we are aligned with the CommOps Strategy and our internal business needs. The right person for this job should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information.

What you'll do:

  1. Robust data gathering and advanced analytical skills are essential to conduct in-depth analyses and develop processes and tools that drive operational improvements. A strong focus on leveraging data insights to optimize efficiency, enhance performance metrics, and ensure financial accuracy is a critical component of success in this role.
  2. Generate insights, identify root causes and propose solutions to improve the operations and ultimately the customer experience journey.
  3. Rigorously prioritize the most impactful initiatives and drive accountability by measuring impact and KPIs.
  4. Proactively find opportunities and look for continuous improvement & efficiency projects, challenging the status quo and bringing creative solutions, in order to improve our operations' - with data at the heart of every decision.
  5. Leverage a strong understanding of GL and COE operations to drive impactful contributions across the project portfolio.
  6. Support the team in the design and implementation of SOPs/playbooks across the operations, according to the projects and needs of the operations, aiming to improve efficiency, quality, and standardization;
  7. Enable and foster collaboration with different stakeholders inside and outside CommOps, ensuring standardization, alignment, and efficiency across the region.
  8. Support program specialists within a dynamic, time-sensitive and demanding environment to ensure your team is set up for success.
  9. Ensure the procedures are well implemented and running properly in both operations, Greenlights and Centers of Excellence, by running a robust audit process.

Basic Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 3+ years experience in project management, office management, process optimization. Strong & confirmed project management skills (plan and execute projects with multiple work streams and dependencies) and the ability to handle tasks involving multiple businesses to meet bold deadlines.
  2. Advanced English Level
  3. Strategic Alignment - Understanding of CommOps and FieldOps strategies and the ability to align initiatives with broader business objectives.
  4. Customer Support Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with CommOps processes, KPIs, and best practices in customer service.
  5. Solid analytical skills; ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data required to help inform decisions.
  6. Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines.
  7. Strong presentation skills and ability to interact professionally and efficiently with internal and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Program Management Certification: PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications.
  2. Process Improvement Expertise: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  3. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budget management, financial tracking, and cost-efficiency measures within operational projects.
  4. Outstanding organizational skills and impeccable follow-through on tasks.
  5. Excellent problem-solving & critical thinking skills. An outstanding problem solver who is oriented to solutions and has a genuine interest in helping.
  6. Very strong, strategic, and business growth mentality. Forward-thinking skills that will push programs further, continuing to prove the value of programs.
  7. Thoroughly plan and implement programs involving different teams, multiple work streams and dependencies and ensure that end-to-end support strategy is accomplished.
  8. High energy, passion, and integrity.
  9. Availability to travel if needed.
