About the Role
As an Ad Operations Specialist at Uber, you'll play a key role in supporting our Restaurant partners across the LatAm region by launching and managing search and display advertising campaigns. Working closely with Partner Managers, you'll help ensure that top restaurant chains achieve their marketing goals through effective use of our advertising platforms.
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in ad operations-especially in sponsored products and search campaigns-who also brings strategic insight into display activation. You'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive communicator, highly organized, and passionate about the fast-paced world of digital media.

- Manage end-to-end campaign execution: setup, trafficking, QA, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Optimize campaign performance to meet key marketing KPIs
- Oversee and manage a high volume of campaigns across ad servers with a strong attention to detail
- Execute multi-tiered campaigns using a variety of buying strategies
- Collaborate across teams to improve workflows, processes, and support the growth of Uber Advertising
- Manage large performance marketing budgets and ensure efficiency
- Apply digital campaign fundamentals, including media planning, budget pacing, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Proactively identify and address underperforming campaigns by diagnosing issues and proposing solutions
- Identify and communicate business growth opportunities, including upsell recommendations and budget expansion
- Operate within a performance marketing framework (ROAS-focused), and bring knowledge of AdTech tools, measurement strategies, and optimization best practices.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Business Administration or related field, with hands-on experience in advertising, media, or creative environments
- 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or a similar role in a fast-paced, digital or tech-driven environment
- Proven track record working with sponsored products campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, including brand-direct and programmatic media
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships across teams
- Proficiency with campaign management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- English fluency (verbal and written)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Customer-obsessed and committed to building seamless experiences for both users and partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- A bias for action and high standards-you take initiative, push for clarity, and hold yourself and others accountable.
