Account Manager, Uber Eats, Brussels

Uber is looking for a talented and driven Account Manager to join our Belgian team in Brussels. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual who excels at building relationships and using data to drive business growth. As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of restaurant partners, helping them to succeed and grow their delivery business on the Uber Eats platform.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Restaurant Partnerships: Take full ownership of your restaurant portfolio, acting as the main point of contact and a key influence on their business performance. Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drive Growth: Work cross-functionally with other teams to identify high-potential partnerships and improve account strategies. This includes growing sales, optimizing ad spend, and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Improve Operational Performance: Collaborate with partners to improve operational efficiency and ensure an excellent experience for Uber Eats users. This involves making sure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Utilize Data: Use data-driven decision-making to understand the performance of initiatives and prioritize those with the highest return on investment. You'll quantify everything you do.
  • Problem-Solve: Efficiently solve complex issues for your partners, prioritizing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Be an Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for Uber Eats' mission, values, brand, and product.

What You'll Need

  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Ideally, 1-2 years of proven experience in Account Management, Sales, or a customer-facing role. Experience in consulting, commercial, or finance is also a plus.
  • Language Skills: You must be fluent in both French and English. Dutch is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: You should have basic modeling skills in Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a bonus.
  • Communication & Influence: The ability to influence various audiences both internally and externally through strong communication is key.
  • Adaptability & Attitude: You must be highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment and possess a responsive, data-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-Focused: A proven ability to understand customer needs and overcome business challenges.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
