About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and strategic Account Manager professional to help grow Uber Direct-one of our fastest-growing initiatives in Brazil. In this role, you'll work closely with top retail partners, building and nurturing relationships that drive growth and create lasting impact.
As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key partners, you'll negotiate, manage, and expand high-impact partnerships. You'll collaborate cross-functionally across product, finance, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class service and help shape the future of same-day delivery in Brazil.
What You'll Do
- Clearly articulate the value and capabilities of Uber Direct to new and existing partners
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts through thoughtful engagement and joint business planning
- Lead high-priority negotiations and manage day-to-day operations with top retail chains
- Analyze financial, operational, and strategic data to guide decision-making and maximize partner value
- Monitor and improve operational performance and reliability of delivery services
- Stay informed on trends in e-commerce, logistics, and last-mile delivery to better serve partner needs
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly growth and performance targets
- Act as a brand ambassador for Uber Direct, delivering exceptional service to partners
- Identify and pursue innovative partnership opportunities aligned with Uber's business goals
- Present key results and insights to both internal teams and external partners

What You'll Need
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, account management, or B2B sales, -ideally in a high-growth company or startup environment
- English proficiency is needed
- A strong track record of building and managing partnerships that drive results
- Comfort with financial data and strategic thinking to support sound decision-making
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and work collaboratively across teams
- Flexibility and resilience-able to adapt quickly and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Sheets to extract and interpret data
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to prioritize effectively
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Basic SQL proficiency
- Previous exposure to the logistics, e-commerce, or delivery-as-a-service sectors
