About the Role
The Uber Eats team is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Enterprise team covering some of our most strategic partners. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will work efficiently with our restaurant partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. This person will work closely with restaurant partners, the restaurant support team, marketing and operations teams to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills. Navigate multiple relationships, both internal and external, to build.
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to sell marketing solutions, new products and negotiate business terms.
- Ability to build and cultivate new relationships and potential partnerships within all parts of an organization.
- Product sense and an ability to make product experience not just good, but amazing.
- Speediness and resourcefulness. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. Be a self-starter and collaborative leader.
- Experience with Salesforce.
Basic Qualifications
- University Education(s).
- 4+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience in a sales / performance-based role, managing goals and targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with negotiations, contracting and commercial conversations.
- Experience in manipulating data to make decisions and recommendations.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Previous experience working with enterprise or mid-market-sized accounts.
For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$72,500 per year - CAD$80,500 per year.
