In the Netherlands, Uber Eats is active in over 65 cities and collaborates with more than 7,000 restaurants-ranging from large chains with hundreds of locations to small businesses and startup food entrepreneurs. We help restaurants deliver meals to their customers within 30 minutes and offer data-driven insights to help them succeed further.

About the RoleAs an Account Executive - Inbound, you will have the opportunity to apply and refine your sales and negotiation skills. We are looking for a natural salesperson who is passionate about Uber Eats and enjoys closing commercial deals. Each day, you will receive inquiries from restaurants interested in learning more about a potential partnership with Uber Eats. By understanding the needs and expectations of your prospective clients (restaurants), you'll guide and push them toward a successful collaboration by closing deals in a timely manner.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming sign-ups as quickly and accurately as possible by calling and emailing restaurants, whilst neatly tracking your total pipeline.
  • Convince and help restaurants get online on our platform with enthusiasm and persistence.
  • Become an expert on the Uber Eats platform and explain it flawlessly to restaurants, removing all barriers they might have or perceive on becoming an official Uber Eats restaurant partner.
  • Set up the restaurants for success by providing them with a solid onboarding experience, perfectly guiding them towards their first order.
  • Achieve your weekly, monthly and quarterly targets on first orders generated - greater performance leads to greater rewards!
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on strategic projects to optimize and accelerate the sales cycle and seize new commercial opportunities.
  • Work proactively with tools like Salesforce and Google Sheets to process, analyze and use data to your, Uber Eats and the restaurants advantage.
  • Create your own planning, structure, and documentation to organize your work as efficiently as possible and assist as many restaurants as you can all at the same time.

  • Entrepreneurial: works well independently and gets things done with ease.
  • Commercially strong: persuasive, enthusiastic, a good listener, creative, problem solver, and adaptable to different people and new situations.
  • Proven ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
  • Highly organized to keep track of numerous inquiries in different stages.
  • Process-driven with a keen eye for creating efficiencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Open to implementing feedback and committed to improving their craft.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
