Your ability to navigate large datasets, spot performance trends, and collaborate across teams will be key to helping merchants grow basket size, improve campaign performance, and drive ROI through scalable strategies.
What You'll Do
- Support the setup, documentation, and administration of key merchant accounts to streamline operations.
- Act as the right hand to Account Managers, providing reporting, insights, and strategic analysis to optimize merchant performance.
- Conduct business reviews to evaluate financial and marketing performance, trip metrics, attainment, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance data using SQL and Excel, identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth.
- Propose and support the implementation of data-backed strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Help build strong, lasting relationships with merchants that lead to higher retention and long-term success.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in commercial, retail, or operational roles, ideally within a fast-paced or tech environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required-this is a must-have.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working with multiple tasks and timelines, balancing priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in the retail sector and a desire to help businesses succeed through data, collaboration, and smart execution.
- Understanding of the retail sector and familiarity with commercial excellence principles.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving set objectives and delivering high-quality results.
