About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to help drive insights, support account performance, and strengthen relationships with our partners.
This role blends analytical thinking with hands-on execution. You'll support the development of commercial strategies, manage key processes, and help optimize operations to ensure our partners thrive.
Your day-to-day will vary - some tasks will require deep ownership, while others may need quick, effective execution. You'll also play a vital role in supporting two Account Managers who lead our Enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do
- Support Account Managers in financial, operational, and planning activities.
- Monitor and report on business performance using multiple data sources.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and team efficiency.
- Help troubleshoot and escalate operational issues such as data discrepancies, app visibility, or store-related problems.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including invoicing and portfolio follow-ups.
What You'll Need
- 1 year of experience in a commercial role (e.g. consulting, retail, consumer goods).
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and curiosity - you're always looking for ways to improve outcomes.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with marketing principles and commercial strategy.
- A customer-first mindset - you think deeply about the user experience.
- Ability to write and run basic SQL queries.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
