Professional Services Associates own the scope of work and project delivery lifecycle for new client implementations and consulting projects for existing clients.

What you’ll do 

  • Manage the Project lifecycle from pre-sales through to hand off to Support
  • Work with Sales team and Product Management to understand client requirements, which products are a best fit for those requirements and help close the deal
  • Work with client to define and document complex workflows and business requirements for implementation to produce a statement of work
  • Liaise with internal teams at TS Imagine to deliver client requirements for the project
  • Provide ongoing management of client expectations using change requests to avoid scope creep
  • Provide user training and onsite or remote support
  • Assist with trouble shooting where required
  • Create and maintain client workflow documentation for project completion signoff and handover to Support teams
  • Manage project lifecycle and log all time spent in JIRA/FinancialForce
  • Mentor junior level members throughout a project
  • Collaborate with team members, regional heads and the global head of Professional Services to help manage the overall book of work for the team
  • Actively seek Consulting engagements through our current client base

You should have 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Understanding of financial markets products, electronic trading process, portfolio and risk management
  • Experience with TS Imagine products is a strong plus
  • Highly proficient communication skills, both written and oral. Foreign languages an asset
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and/or weekends to accommodate client deadlines and time-zone differences
  • Proficient with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence
