Employment Counsel
At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!
At Trustpilot, we know that people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a motivated and pragmatic Employment Counsel to help shape how we support and protect our employees as we continue to scale globally.
Sitting at the intersection of law, people, and business strategy, this role is a key opportunity to support the Director of Legal (People & Community) in acting as trusted advisor to our People & Community team. You’ll provide guidance on employment law across multiple jurisdictions, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, and strengthen the frameworks that enable our growth. You’ll also support strategic people projects, partner closely with colleagues across the business, and balance complex legal challenges with commercial realities
Reporting to the Director of Legal (People & Community) you will be part of our fast-paced, dynamic, and fun Legal team. The employment legal function sits within the broader commercial legal team, who handle a wide variety of complex and novel issues at the forefront of trust, helping Trustpilot scale across multiple markets.
For the right candidate, this role also offers the opportunity to gain exposure to wider corporate and commercial legal matters — making a real impact on Trustpilot’s future growth.
If you believe you would thrive in an international environment, enjoy tackling complex problems, and want to help shape how a global business grows, we’d love to hear from you.
