Description
As a Implementation Consultant for Vision, you will be the technical contact for all client deployments. You will contribute to discovery, implementation, testing, and training for new brands and products. In addition, you will maintain an understanding of the delivery roadmap and contribute to management and planning sessions.
Typically, you will be the first point of contact for implementation solutions and external team members with questions relating to functionality or config.
This position is open to candidates in the Altrincham area. You will have a hybrid in-office/remote schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week.

- Understand the customers business environment and requirements and suggest how best these requirements can be met by the proposed product or solution through configuration.
- Perform the implementation including business process development, workshops, deployment/go-live support, and documentation and assisting training if required and ensuring the solution is delivered to scope and on time.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on system usage through delivery of training sessions of development of formal documentation
- Lead the design portion of internal/external meetings in order to confirm design requirements with sponsors and gather any additional critical business needs.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT deployment.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Experience with project management, business analysis, and technical implementation.
- Proven history of both client-facing and internal team support.
- Comfortable working at a high pace and able to adjust working hours to suit the needs of a globally active business.
- Proven history of implementing significant and complex software projects.
- Sound organizational, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills with clear, mature ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanour under pressure.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is £35,000 -£45,000, on a full-time schedule. Along with the base salary, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.
- Trupanion may also provide Restricted Stock Units, which vest over 4 years.
