Position Overview
Responsible for driving the performance, user experience, and conversion optimization of TruGreen's website and landing pages. This role plays a key part in shaping the digital customer journey-from first visit to lead submission and beyond-by blending data-driven insights with creative problem-solving. The Senior Manager will collaborate across marketing, UX, analytics, and technology teams to deliver a seamless, high-performing online experience that balances brand storytelling with measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Own the strategic roadmap for the website and lead the evolution of TruGreen's digital customer experience.
- Identify conversion friction points and partner with internal teams to develop and prioritize solutions.
- Lead the optimization of key landing pages, product pages, and lead funnels to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Design and manage a robust testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate, personalization) focused on performance and user insights.
- Work with UX/design and development teams to execute tests and measure impact.
- Analyze test results and site behavior to uncover actionable insights and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner with the Marketing Technology and IT teams to ensure website enhancements are aligned with our broader MarTech stack.
- Evaluate and implement tools that support CRO, personalization, behavioral tracking, and attribution.
- Ensure a seamless connection between the website, CRM, analytics platforms, and other key systems.
- Partner closely with paid media, SEO, product, analytics, and creative teams to align digital goals.
- Support campaign landing page development, ensuring consistent brand experience and performance.
- Serve as the go-to expert for web performance, CRO best practices, and conversion strategy.
- Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to track site and test performance.
- Regularly report out insights and recommendations to senior marketing and digital stakeholders.
- Monitor site analytics to flag emerging opportunities and areas of concern.
Education and Experience Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, website strategy, CRO, or a related role
- Strong background in A/B testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
- Solid understanding of website analytics (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
- Experience working with cross-functional web development, UX, and creative teams
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for user behavior and digital experience
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate data into compelling stories and actions
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Deep understanding of website architecture, user experience (UX) principles, and digital customer journeys, with the ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps.
- Expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization strategies, with a focus on improving website performance and lead conversion.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret website metrics (GA4, Hotjar, etc.), identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRO and testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), and marketing technology integrations (CRM, analytics, and attribution platforms).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution of website enhancements and testing roadmaps.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with marketing, product, UX, analytics, and development teams, influencing stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying conversion friction points and proposing innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Deep empathy for the customer experience, with a focus on creating seamless and engaging digital interactions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and emerging trends.

Pay Ranges
$114,013.00 - $190,020.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
