Position Overview
TruGreen is seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Senior Specialist, Partnerships and Activation to support the execution of all aspects of the company's sports sponsorships and brand marketing activations. This individual will drive the execution of sponsorship and partnership initiatives for the organization, including the PGA TOUR and Minor League Baseball (MiLB) and its 119 clubs. This individual will be responsible for developing, activating, and assisting with sponsor relationships, ensuring beneficial outcomes that align with organizational goals and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a creative approach to activation, and a proven ability to support multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities
Sponsorship & Partnership Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship and partnership strategy.
• Maximize existing partner relationships and continuous work alongside these partners to extract as much value from the relationship as possible.
• Assess market trends and competitive landscapes to inform possible additional strategic partnership opportunities.
Activation Coordination
• Develop and implement creative activation plans to engage sponsors and partners.
• Ensure all partnership deliverables are met, from brand integration to event execution.
• Oversee the production and execution of sponsor events, activations, and experiences.
• Work closely with marketing, communications, events, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activations.
• Plan and coordinate on-site logistics for partner activations at events, ensuring smooth execution and fulfillment of all sponsorship obligations.
• Manage post-event follow-ups, ensuring sponsors receive necessary reports, recognition, and post-event marketing support.
Relationship Support
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners and sponsors, as well as other league/team partners for possible collaborations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, supporting all aspects of the relationship from negotiation to post-activation.
• Develop and present customized partnership proposals and activation reports to ensure brand needs and expectations are exceeded.
Budget and Contract Tracking
• Negotiate and manage contracts, sponsorship agreements, and budgets.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial tracking of sponsorship revenue and expenses.
• Track the performance and effectiveness of sponsorships and partnerships, measuring ROI and key metrics.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership on the success of partnerships and activations.
• Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve future activations.

Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sponsorship activations, partnership development, or event marketing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to support contracts and budgets.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative partnership activations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.

Pay Ranges
$65,979.00 - $109,965.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
