As the Product Design Director, you will report to the Sr Director of Product Design and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, marketers, and product managers. With a passion for designing intuitive and engaging products, you will play a key role in shaping the future of travel as we help users discover and book unforgettable experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and develop a growing team of product designers
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and research.
  • Help establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product design and execution
  • Influence the product roadmap, both short-term and long-term.
  • Advocate product design processes, principles, and tools to colleagues.
  • Develop a point of view about the customer journey in partnership with stakeholders from across the organization
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
What you have:
  • 5+ years leading and managing product design teams
  • 7+ years of experience working collaboratively with design, product, engineering, and user research teams
  • A proven history of designing high-quality digital products that have achieved measurable results, showcasing the depth and range of your design leadership capabilities.
  • The ability to think critically and holistically to develop and implement an ambitious vision for the teams, users and the business as a whole.
  • You have a strong portfolio of design projects.
  • You can manage high work volumes, process multiple projects simultaneously, and follow up on projects with a strong sense of urgency.
  • You are collaborative and organized with strong communication skills
  • The ability to understand and effectively utilize data and metrics in the product design process to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in Travel Industry is a plus
