LOCATION: REMOTE US

This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is fully remote within the US. Travel is expected when needed and local candidates are preferred.

Who we are looking for:

As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our Trial Design and Optimization Team. This position will be focused on our hospital (academic and community center) user base. You will be leveraging your skills and experience in healthcare software development to define, build, and release software that encourages our healthcare organizations to conduct research, support sponsor and PI initiated trial feasibility, and enable HCO to HCO collaboration to fulfill research interests of our community of researchers.

What you bring to TriNetX:

  • 3+ years experience working in a hospital or healthcare system setting in clinical research, population health or something similar
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare technology product owner role, with a proven track record of defining product roadmaps and delivering impactful solutions to meet customer needs.
  • 3+ years of experience writing detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria for software engineering teams.
  • Experience building external, customer facing enterprise software products for the life sciences industry.
  • Experience working with EHR and/or clinical trial data within the setting of a clinical trials office.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and/or other agile product management workflow software.
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to accuracy and acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

  • Product Roadmap Definition and Delivery: Create and maintain a clear and achievable product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and timelines. Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams to build and implement roadmap features.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the clinical research and life sciences markets. Stay informed about industry advancements and competitive products.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate customer needs into actionable product features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process. Facilitate communication and coordination across different departments.
  • User Experience and Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience. Advocate for the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation for internal teams, customers, and end-users to ensure a smooth product adoption process.
