Job Location: US - Portland, OR; Westminster, CO; Dayton, OH, Knoxville, TN, Kennesaw, GA (The successful candidate will work a hybrid role of 3 days in office (locations listed) / 2 days WFH.

What You Will Do

As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the requirements of Trimble's Construction Enterprise Sector (CES) and our global sales organization through the development and management of our Salesforce environment. The role is focused on optimizing our Salesforce platform and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the design and efficiency of this CRM system. With a predominant global focus, there will be a requirement to establish alignment and consistency across the Sector's geographies, businesses and sales organizations. You will report to the Manager of Sales Operations, Policy and Administration in Trimble's Construction Enterprise Sector, and your work will be critical to the continued revenue growth of CES and Trimble.

Your Key Tasks Will Be
  • Work closely with sales leaders, platform teams, end users, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align system improvement initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
  • Understand existing processes to identify system improvement areas, drive automation, improve end-user experience, reduce costs, and/or save time.
  • Establish and maintain documentation for Salesforce workflows and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and features, recommending and collaborating to implement improvements.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to offer actionable insights into key business metrics.
  • Provide guidance, support, and expertise to teams within the CES organization on Salesforce best practices to ensure proper implementation and sustainability.
  • Work with Salesforce Administrators to create and implement improvements in the CRM as needed.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 3+ years working in Salesforce with 1+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for conveying complex ideas clearly and understandably.
  • Ability to manage change and expectations positively through a fast-moving environment.

The ideal location for this role will be in the US. The successful applicant will be able to adopt a remote/hybrid (regular time in the office) approach if needed.
