What You'll Bring:
&bull 3-5 years' Workday Advanced Compensation Knowledge &bull Demonstrated knowledge and experience in running multiply annual compensation cycles from end to end &bull Experience implementing Advanced Compensation module &bull Collaborate with appropriate resources to finalize requirements and configure solutions &bull Ability to translate business requirements into configuration requirements &bull Capability to Identify issues proactively by participating in meetings and working with stakeholders and technical resources to determine resolution as needed &bull Advanced Workday reporting knowledge &bull Advanced Knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields &bull BIRT Knowledge &bull Experience managing Workday Releases &bull Ability to pivot in a fast-paced global environment under time pressure &bull Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal &bull Familiarity with agile methodologies &bull Expertise in Workday Security & Recruiting a plus
Impact You'll Make:
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
