What You'll Bring:
The Technical Product Specialist is required to have/ be:
- Technical expertise; required to understand and communicate business requirements related to REST Api technical integrations and JSON and XML integrations and interfaces.
- Understanding business value and working requirements of existing and upcoming Business to Business and Consumer Facing applications and use cases.
- Ability to visually diagram technical and business (product) workflows in order to represent and communicate the business value of technical capabilities.
- Well-organized; maintain business/technical customer integration guides and keep up to date Product workflows understanding and following the overall product strategy working with product management and various stakeholders.
- Ability to context switch between different industries and products with ease and keep track of minor differences between similar by separate API products.
- Flexible; as this is a global platform you will be required to work well with virtual teams; comfortable with a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with stakeholders domestically and across international.
- Experience with microservices, .NET and AWS is desired.
- Skills with Visio diagramming, writing complex SQL queries, and data analysis is desired.

- Work closely with Product teams and IT teams in ensuring an accurate collaboration for the implementation of technical and business requirements.
- Supporting the Technology teams in different international markets in localizing the global capabilities and launching solutions successfully.
- Support Market Strategy and Sales teams with building their product knowledge to take to customer conversations.
