What We'll Bring:
As the HRIS Sr. Manager you will be responsible for the Workday Support, Functional Configuration, and Technical Integration Teams. You will support the HR GT Business Relationship Manager on building and delivery of the annual Road Map.
&bull 3-5 years of experience managing the HR Systems role including: Workday Support, Configuration and Technical Integration Specialist.
&bull You will oversee the support team manager and help drive and influence the team to the next level utilizing AI.
&bull You will be accountable to deliver monthly metrics for the team's various case managements systems (Dovetail, Remedy, etc...) and analyze survey results to improve the associate experience.

&bull You will manage resources that are focused on Workday enhancements, and data integrations, along with implementing Workday releases.
&bull Manage the Workday Configuration Consultants and ensure the utilization of new capabilities across the platform.
&bull You will lead the team through Agile ceremonies, which include running bi-weekly stand-up meetings, removing obstacles, run planning sessions, weekly refinement calls and retrospectives.
&bull Escalation support to the BRM (Business Relationship Manager), who will be responsible for managing the customers' expectations.
&bull Responsible for completing the annual Business Continuity Plan and quarterly assignment.
&bull Accountable to support internal and external audit requests and own key Sox Controls.
&bull Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset; high level of curiosity
&bull Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies.
&bull Effective communication, cross functionally and at all levels, internal and external
&bull Responsible for running regular team meetings, one on ones with direct reports and hosting one up meetings.
&bull You will participate and build slides for the quarterly HR Leadership Meetings
&bull You will run the monthly Tech Council meetings with your key stakeholders.
&bull You will support the team's multiyear transformation.
&bull Exception communication skills, both written and verbal
