What You'll Bring:

• Works with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications
• Assists in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.
• Designs, develops, and test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Works with teammates in the migration of older applications.
• Analyses and resolves technical and application problems.
• Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Package and support deployment of releases.
• Develops, refines, and tunes integrations between applications.
• Works with cross-functional teams to meet the needs of the customer
• Participates in code audits
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

• Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or other technical area preferred. Relevant experience or degree in progress will be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adjust to rapid changes in deadlines and priorities
• Ability to balance multiple high priority projects
• Experience with software development cycles
• Strong knowledge of Java, C++ and Python
• Excellent skills in Front End (GUI and Web development)
• Fluent in English (Speaking, writing and reading)
• From 4 to 6 years related experience
