What We'll Bring:
Looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for the Global FP&A Team with 5+ years of core FP&A experience in Budgeting, Forecasting and Management Reporting and good skills in Excel, One Stream and any ERP tool

What You'll Bring:

&bull Understand and assist in preparation of budgeting, forecasting financial performance, and conducting variance analysis.
&bull Understand and assist in monitoring and managing budgets to ensure financial targets are met and develop an understanding of insights on deviations.
&bull Understand and assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial management reports and analysis for internal stakeholders.
&bull Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks that may impact the company's performance.
&bull Understand and assist in preparation of financial models to analyze various scenarios that support decision-making.
&bull Understand and assist in preparation of cost analysis to optimize expenses and improve overall operational efficiency.
&bull Understand and assist in preparation of utilizing financial data to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.
&bull Prepare the documentation for the processes and keep looking for avenues of continuous improvement
&bull Completing the assigned work accurately & in a timely manner
&bull Ensure completion of deliverables as part of the corporate/ segment accounting close, monthly forecasting, quarterly earnings, and annual planning processes
&bull Ensure that deliverables adhere to a high standard for quality and consistently meet the deadlines that facilitate the global processes
&bull Be a team player and proactively raise a flag to avoid issues relating to accuracy or timeliness
&bull Align with team priorities and ensure that SLAs are met
&bull Participate in initiatives across the GCC and GFSS, especially in FP&A team
&bull Keep looking for areas of improvement for efficiency, standardization, and scale
