&bull Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
&bull Solution, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure all aspects of M365: Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and on-premise email systems (Exchange 2016/2019)
&bull Hands-on experience integrating 3rd party apps with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
&bull Strong organizational skills and ability to take on multiple assignments
&bull Superior verbal and written communication skills
&bull Identify and implement preventative maintenance and performance optimization solutions to meet operational and information security objectives
&bull Develop the technical design and operational procedures for Microsoft 365 and services within the technology scope of position
&bull Leverage experience for leadership in configuration, implementation, and migration of on-premise and cloud services to Microsoft 365
&bull Support, operate, and maintain all on-premise and SAAS services related to Global Collaboration Services
&bull Provide end-user support for tickets related to M365 and on-premise services as required
&bull Ability to occasionally work or assign work during nights/weekends during critical incidents per on-call rotation or major project implementations
&bull Strong knowledge and practical administration of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
&bull Strong knowledge of foundational services supporting M365: Windows Server, networking (DNS, F5, Firewall), server virtualization (VMWare), Splunk (logging)
&bull Maintain a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Microsoft 365
