What You'll Bring:
&bull A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a rigorous business analyst role with demonstrated experience completing market research, performing financial analysis and preparing business communications and presentations
&bull Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated experience extracting insights from large datasets
&bull Aptitude leveraging business intelligence tools and writing intermediate SQL queries for data extraction
&bull Proficiency building reports and graphics, with experience leveraging data visualization tools, such as Tableau, preferred
&bull Advanced experience with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint to carry out and communicate the results of analysis
&bull BA/BS from top-tier institution or equivalent work experience
&bull High level of English language proficiency in both verbal and written dimensions
&bull Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple assignments simultaneously with evolving deadlines
Impact You'll Make:
&bull Conduct general market research activities by gathering and synthesizing primary and secondary information to provide a broader understanding of the organization, our customers and business partners and the market dynamics in the industries we serve
&bull Extract, normalize and segment data from large datasets and databases (e.g., billing systems, sales data, depersonalized credit data, etc.) leveraging SQL and business intelligence tools
&bull Analyze revenue of customers and business segments to identify trends and/or market conditions impacting our business
&bull Evaluate market trends and expansion opportunities and translate analytical findings into insightful, succinct and compelling communications and business presentations
&bull Prepare financial analysis to support financial forecasting and investment business cases
&bull Complete ad-hoc analysis and benchmarking on existing customer accounts and prepare reports for internal and external distribution
&bull Create financial, sales and operational reports for Financial Services management
&bull Help to cultivate an environment that promotes excellence, innovation, and a collegial spirit
&bull Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with changing requirements and deadlines
